- • Provide training to acquire Nationally Accredited PrintED certification in Graphics Communications and Advertising & Design (1st High School Program in the country to receive this certification). In addition, High School students enrolling in this program now have the opportunity to earn 24 college credits through a dual enrollment program established with Penn Highlands Community College.
